Enjoy Santa’s Barnyard with live animals, life-sized nativity scene, storytime with Mrs. Claus, the bounce house, letters to Santa with a festive photo opportunity, and the Christmas market—all included with admission.

Yes! We’re an outdoor farm event, but the majority of events are under cover (inside the barn, under a tent, etc) and therefore we will run in the cold and in light rain. Dress for the weather — it’s always unpredictable in Middle Tennessee! We will only close for severe weather, lightning, high wind, ice, or unsafe ground conditions.
Purchases are non-refundable, however you can easily use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule your date! Any add on purchases will be reserved for you to retrieve on your new date. If for some reason we have to close for the day, we will announce it by 1:00 PM that day, both by email and on our social media. Once again, you can easily use the link in your confirmation to move to another evening!
Absolutely! Christmas at The Hideaway is designed for families, couples, friends, and children of all ages – there is truly something for everyone! While we love animals, dogs are not allowed at this event.
Entry to the festival, Santa’s Barnyard, the nativity scene, storytime with Mrs. Claus, the bounce house, letters to Santa, multiple photo opportunities, and browsing the Christmas market are all included with entry. Additionally, you can purchase your Christmas tree, tickets for carnival games, ornament and cookie making, professional photos with Santa, concessions, and treasures from the Christmas market.
Yes! If you wish to just purchase a tree without enjoying the festival, tree purchase is available by appointment only Monday – Thursday. Please call 615-913-4500 in advance to schedule your pickup time!
We have wonderful activities available: 4 fun carnival games (every play wins a prize), the Ponycycle ride, ornament decorating, and cookie decorating, which are 1 activity ticket each (per person). Taking a photo with Santa is 1 ticket per sitting (can include multiple children).

Christmas at The Hideaway gives sponsors repeated opportunities to connect with families throughout Gallatin, Sumner County and Middle Tennessee across 18 holiday event nights.
The festival will also receive promotional support through founder Liz Hill’s established creator platforms, reaching a predominantly female social media community of more than 230,000 followers.
