Fantastic, well managed and curated vacation, meeting, wedding venue. Just attended a wedding there and it was flawless. Great guest house for the wedding party, beautiful country setting, plenty of space and room to spread out. overflow people can stay 15 minutes away in many of the national chain hotels. The owners, Chris and Liz, are present on site and are very focussed on delivering a top notch experience. They even have a vintage Land Rover with beer and drink taps built in. Cute touch. The house is spacious and full of game rooms and meeting areas.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about The Hideaway. We got married here in April 2026, and from the moment we first toured the location in September 2025, it was clear this place is something special. The property is absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained, and the amenities are beyond anything we expected. Throughout the weekend, the most common comment from our guests was: “This place is magical—I can’t believe how perfect it is.” What really sets The Hideaway apart is the value. Compared to many Nashville venues that offer a limited window of access, we had the entire property for a full wedding weekend. That completely transformed the experience for us and our guests and allowed everyone to relax and actually enjoy the time together. (As an aside, we paid about half of what other venues were going to charge us for 12 hours... and we got The Hideaway from Thursday through Sunday.) On top of that, The Hideaway includes so many thoughtful extras at no additional cost: parking attendants, a luxury restroom trailer, basic wedding décor, and even access to the property for our engagement photos. It’s rare to find a venue that is this generous and genuinely invested in your experience. Chris and Liz embody true Southern hospitality in the best and most authentic way. Chris was incredibly responsive all weekend — whether it was helping with a minor maintenance issue or just making sure everything was running smoothly, he was always there when we needed him. You can tell they truly care about the couples who get married here. For anyone hesitant about the location being about 45 minutes outside of downtown Nashville—don’t be. It’s more than worth it. In fact, being removed from the city adds to the charm and allows you and your guests to fully settle in and enjoy the experience together. It feels like a private, peaceful escape while still being close enough to Nashville. If you’re looking for a venue that offers beauty, flexibility, value, and genuinely kind owners, The Hideaway leaves all other venues in the dust. We would choose it again in a heartbeat.

A GEM! ✨ My family and I stayed here for a family reunion/baby shower and it was the best time - by far one of the favorite vacations we've had together. There was plenty of room for our party of 10 people. The setting was so peaceful and there was something for everyone to do. The pool was a huge plus for families with kiddos and the sauna was used everyday by the adults! It was stocked with everything you could need, and you're super close to town if you need anything else. The porches were perfect for sitting and hanging out with a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evenings! The hosts were so, so kind and thoughtful - they even packed a welcome basket stocked with the most delicious goodies for our weekend stay! I would highly recommend staying here if you are considering it!

This place is one of a kind and was such a great find for my family reunion. Secluded and peaceful, yet just minutes from downtown Gallatin and a short drive to Nashville. The house is super spacious and fit our group of 14 easily. But the party deck was the real highlight. I spent most of my time out there, just enjoying the views of the trees and the lake. We used the sauna and Peloton every day—such a great bonus! The hosts were amazing—so thoughtful and welcoming. You can tell they really care about making sure guests have a great stay. We will be back!

Relax, renew, reconnect. The Hideaway is the perfect location. You are in the peace and quiet of nature, yet a hop, skip and jump away from Nashville and historical sites. The home is very spacious and well appointed. The deck is AMAZING! My husband and I could sit there all day just watching the beauty of God's creatures stroll by. The venue is ideal for weddings, small corporate team building, and family reunions. We can't wait to return.
